A terrarium is like a tiny world!

A terrarium is a garden made with small plants inside a glass jar, glass dome, or special container. You can create a miniature forest or desert by adding stones, moss, flowers, and even small decorations inside!

In closed terrariums, water evaporates and then condenses back into droplets that return to the soil. In this way, plants experience their own miniature water cycle! In open terrariums, plants absorb moisture from the air and require occasional watering.
