Homs Imam Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque Explosion was an explosion that occurred on 26 December 2025 during Friday prayers at the Imam Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque in the Wadi al-Zahab neighborhood of Homs, Syria. At least five people were killed and many others were injured in the incident. The explosion is believed to have been caused by a homemade explosive device, and Syrian security forces have cordoned off the site and launched a large-scale investigation.

Initial findings suggest that the explosion was caused by a homemade explosive device placed inside the mosque. Dr. Naseeb al-Nasan, Director of the Directorate of Transport, Ambulances and Emergency Situations under the Ministry, told SANA that these figures represent the initial tally and that the injured had been transported to hospitals.
