Necdet Sakaoğlu (born 1939, Divriği) is an educator, historian, and researcher. After completing his studies at the Sivas Teacher Training School and the Literature Department of Çapa Education Institute, he served as a teacher, school administrator, inspector at the Ministry of National Education, and member of the Council of Education. He retired in 1998.
