Bölüklü Yaylası, Batı Karadeniz Bölgesi’nde, Zonguldak ilinin Alaplı ilçesine bağlı Gümeli beldesi sınırları içinde yer almaktadır. Yaklaşık 1.100 metre rakıma sahip olan yayla, dağlık bir topoğrafya üzerinde konumlanmıştır ve Gümeli Beldesi'nden itibaren araçla ulaşılabilir durumdadır.
