Programming

What is Programming?

Programming is the collection of instructions given to computers so they can perform specific tasks accurately and systematically. Through these instructions, computers learn when, how, and which operations to perform.

This process can be compared to a recipe. To prepare a meal, the steps must be followed in order. Similarly, computers carry out their tasks by following commands step by step.

For example, first put water in the pot, then add the pasta, then stir… Computers can perform their tasks only when given instructions in the same step-by-step manner.

🧠 Computers cannot think for themselves. We tell them what to do. That is why programming is so important!

What is Code?

Code consists of special commands and words used in programming. These commands tell a computer or a robot what it should do.

Codes can be thought of as instructions given to a robot. When written correctly, computers carry out the desired tasks without error.

The Fun Aspects of Coding

Writing code is like magic! Imagine being able to create games, bring stories to life, or tell robots what to do—all by typing just a few words.

• Enhances Imagination: The coding process allows imagined ideas to be transformed into the digital world. It is possible to create games, animations, stories, or other projects. 💭🚀
• Improves Problem-Solving Skills: Code does not always work correctly on the first try. This teaches you to find errors and develop solutions, helping to build patience, attention, and analytical thinking. 💻
• Makes Learning Enjoyable: Programming is a process based on discovery and creation. Building your own game or application makes learning fun. 🎮
• Encourages Sharing and Collaboration: Written code can be shared with others, and projects can be developed together. Programming is a field that supports teamwork and communication. 🤖
