Necati Aygün (b. 1989, Çine, Aydın) is a Turkish Special Operations Police officer. After completing primary, secondary, and high school education, he graduated from the Open Faculty of Business Administration at university and subsequently received training at the Police Academy.

After completing his university education, Necati Aygün began his training at the Police Academy and graduated from the Karabük Police Education Center in 2017. In 2017 he was assigned to Malatya as part of mandatory service, where he began his police career. In 2018 he was transferred to the Bingöl Provincial Security Directorate and continued his service there.

During his police service, he received first aid and emergency medical training and also performed sanitary duties. On 23 March 2022, during an ammunition shipment at the training facility of the Bingöl Special Operations Branch Directorate, an explosion occurred, injuring him and his colleague Birol İli. Both were taken to the hospital (Bingöl State Hospital), where they attained the rank of martyr. ^【1】

Necati Aygün, who succumbed to his injuries at Bingöl State Hospital and attained martyrdom, was brought to his hometown of Çine in Aydın. His funeral ceremony was held in the Karakolları neighborhood of Çine district, Aydın.

In addition to family and friends, various political figures attended the funeral ceremony. These included then Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu, General Director of Security Mehmet Aktaş, Aydın Governor Hüseyin Aksoy, İzmir Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger, Aydın Member of Parliament and TBMM KİT Committee Chair Mustafa Savaş, and Aydın Chief Public Prosecutor Kurtca Eker. ^【2】

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also issued a message of condolence via his social media account. Following his death, numerous individuals and political figures visited his family to offer their condolences.
