Küçükçekmece Gazi Anadolu High School

Gazi Anadolu Lisesi is a public secondary school located in the Atakent neighborhood of the Küçükçekmece district in Istanbul. The school’s core vision is to guide students to achieve excellence in science and technology and to cultivate them as open-minded, democratic, and secular individuals. Among the earliest documented records of the school’s activities is a first-place win in swimming at the Atakent 19 Mayıs Tournament held in 2002. The school’s physical facilities include 28 classrooms, a science laboratory, an information technology laboratory, art and music classrooms, a library, a conference hall, a sports hall, a cafeteria, a medical room, and a garden. Heating is provided by natural gas. The institution does not have a dormitory, dining hall, guesthouse, or staff housing.^【6】

The school implements projects supported by TÜBİTAK and focused on innovation. A project on cryptographic coding techniques won first place in the Istanbul Europe Region and became a finalist in the 48th High School Students Research Projects Competition. Under international activities, the school carried out two Erasmus+ KA219 projects titled "The Hidden Power of Humor: Empathy" and "H.O.P.E.", which received scores between 79 and 84 in evaluations.^【10】
