Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır is an electrical and electronics engineer and Chair of the Board of Directors of the T3 Foundation. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Space Agency.

Hıdır was born in Aksaray in 1992. After graduating from Meram Science High School in 2010, she won a full scholarship to Bilkent University’s Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, ranking first nationally. During her undergraduate studies, she served as president of the Robotics Club. She graduated with High Honors in 2015. She continued her graduate studies in the same department at the same university. During this period, she received funding from the Ministry of Industry and Technology’s Technogirişim Capital Support and was awarded a TÜBİTAK domestic master’s scholarship.

In 2017, she graduated with High Honors from her master’s program. In the same year, she began her doctoral studies as a research assistant in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. She was awarded a TÜBİTAK domestic doctoral scholarship during this period. She completed her doctorate on Original Index Modulation Solutions for Communication Systems Supported by Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces. She participated in various research projects and has published work in international academic journals and conferences.

Since 2018, she has served as a member of the Executive Board responsible for TEKNOFEST technology competitions. Since 2022, she has served as a Trustee and Board Member of T3 Foundation.

As of July 2023, she continues to serve as Chair and General Manager of the T3 Foundation. She also remains a member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Space Agency.

Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır is married and a mother of one child.
