Scream 4 (Scream 4) is a 2011 American horror and mystery film directed by Wes Craven and written by Kevin Williamson. It is the fourth installment in the Scream series.

Fifteen years after the original murders in Woodsboro, Sidney Prescott returns to the town seeking a peaceful life. However, her return triggers the resurgence of a Ghostface imitator who targets the town’s youth. Alongside Sheriff Dewey, who is now married to Gale, Sidney attempts to stop the killer who operates under new rules. The murders escalate into a serial killing spree reminiscent of a “remake” film, drawing in Sidney’s cousin Jill and her friends.

Scream 4 was produced by Corvus Corax Productions and Outerbanks Entertainment. Wes Craven, who directed the first three films in the series, returned as director. The screenplay was again written by Kevin Williamson, the creator of the franchise. The film was released in the United States on April 15, 2011, and has a runtime of 111 minutes.

Scream 4 reached 35,766 viewers in its opening weekend in Türkiye, with a total of 185,241 viewers and a gross revenue of 1,754,348 TL. Its worldwide box office gross amounted to approximately $97.2 million.
