Sargı Yeri Şehitliği, Çanakkale Savaşı sırasında özellikle 1915 yılında yaşanan kara muharebelerinde, cephe gerisinde kurulan sıhhi yardım noktalarından biri olan Zığındere Sargı Yeri'nin bulunduğu alanda yer almaktadır. 28 Haziran 1915 günü Seddülbahir cephesinde gerçekleştirilen Zığındere saldırısı esnasında ve sonrasında çok sayıda Osmanlı askeri burada tedavi edilmek üzere toplanmış, ancak yoğunluk ve ağır yaralanmalar nedeniyle birçok asker bu noktada şehit olmuştur.Coğrafi Konum ve Yapısal

The Sargı Yeri Martyrs' Cemetery is located in the area where Zığındere Sargı Yeri, one of the medical aid stations set up behind the front lines during the 1915 Gallipoli land battles, was established.
