Küçük Ayvasıl St.Anna Kilisesi, Trabzon’un Ortahisar ilçesi Çarşı Mahallesi’nde yer alan tarihî bir Hristiyan ibadet yapısıdır. Giriş kapısı üzerindeki Yunanca kitabe, yapının 9. yüzyılda Bizans İmparatoru I. Basileios tarafından onarıldığını göstermektedir. Bu nedenle kilise, kentteki en eski kiliselerden biri olarak kabul edilir.
