Kastabala Antik Kenti, antik Kilikya bölgesinde, günümüz Osmaniye ili sınırları içerisinde yer almaktadır. Kent, Seleukos Kralı IV. The Kastabala Ancient City is located within the borders of modern-day Osmaniye Province, in what was once the historical region of Cilicia.
