İncesu karaevrek üzümü, vitis vinifera L. türüne ait yerel bir üzüm çeşididir ve Kayseri’nin İncesu ilçesi ile sınırlı bir coğrafyada yetiştirilmektedir. İlçenin iklimi, volkanik kökenli toprak yapısı ve bağcılık geleneği sayesinde ayırt edici özelliklere sahip bu üzüm, 22 Eylül 2014 tarihinde “menşe adı” olarak coğrafi işaret tescili almıştır.
