Ürün, iğne ile pamuk iplere dizilerek güneş ışığı altında kurutulur. Kurutulan biberlerin bir kısmı olduğu şekilde, bir kısmı ise taş değirmenlerde işlenerek pul biber haline getirilerek piyasaya sunulur.
