Arif Bey (1861–1946), Millî Mücadele döneminde Konya mebusu olarak I. Dönem Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nde yer almış siyasetçidir. Karaman Müdafaa-i Hukuk Cemiyeti'nin kurucularından biri olmuş, Delibaş Mehmet İsyanı sürecinde Karaman’ı savunmaya çalışmış ve Meclis'teki aktif çalışmalarıyla dikkat çekmiştir. Arif Bey (1861–1946) was a politician who served as a deputy from Konya during the National Struggle in the First Term of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye. He was one of the founders of the Karaman Society for the Defence of Rights and worked to defend Karaman during the Delibaş Mehmet Rebellion, drawing attention through his active contributions in the Assembly. After his parliamentary service, he engaged in agriculture and milling, adopted the surname “Baysal” in 1934, and died in Karama
