Bu yemek, buğday unu, su ve tuzla hazırlanan hamurun pişirilip tepsiye dökülerek soğutulması ve baklava dilimi şeklinde kesilmesiyle başlar; ortasına ise tavuk, horoz ya da hindi etiyle hazırlanmış et suyunun sıcak olarak konduğu bir çorba kâsesi yerleştirilir.
