These attacks [can](/en/detay/can-3/llms.txt) include physical symptoms along with intense fear and anxiety, which arise suddenly without any apparent danger. ### **Symptoms**

Panic attack symptoms include:

- Sudden onset of intense anxiety or fear
- Fear of losing control, going crazy, or dying
- Intense worry about future panic attacks

- Physical symptoms:
    - Rapid or irregular heartbeat
    - Sweating
    - Chills or hot flashes

### **Causes**
