### **Birth and Nationality**

[Muhsin Yaşar](/en/detay/muhsin-yasar-f6705/llms.txt) was born on December 31, 1995. According to the records of the Turkish Basketball Federation, he is a full Turkish citizen.

### **The Beginning of a Club Career**

Yaşar, who began his basketball career at the youth level of the Bursa-based Tofaş Sports Club, began his professional career with the club's pilot team, Tofaş Gelişim, in the 2014-15 season. That same season, he was promoted directly to the main team, competing in the Süper Lig, rather than [Anadolu Efes](/en/detay/anadolu-efes-7fd2a/llms.txt). He averaged 2.6 minutes per game, averaging 0.9 points and 0.1 rebounds in 7 league games. The following year, in the 2015-16 season, he averaged 4.4 points and 2.5 rebounds in 13.5 minutes per game in 28 games in the Turkish Basketball Super League. He also averaged 15.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 14 games for Tofaş Gelişim in the TBL 2nd League, marking remarkable statistics for a player who came through the youth ranks in his first three professional years.
