### **Definition**

1. A mechanical or electronic device that keeps doors, drawers, chests, or similar objects securely closed and can be opened with a key or a code.
2. A semicircular metal loop, with one side rounded and the other side fitted with an iron rod.
3. A white marking that extends from a horse’s forehead to its lower jaw.
