Pala began his primary education [at](/en/detay/at-3/llms.txt) Uşak Cumhuriyet Primary School and later continued at [an](/en/detay/an-2/llms.txt) Imam-Hatip school, graduating in 1969. He completed his high school education at [Kütahya](/en/detay/kutahya-2/llms.txt) High School as a boarding student, earning two diplomas in 1976: one from the Imam-Hatip program and another from the high school curriculum. With these diplomas, he gained the right to enroll in two different programs: Turkish Language and Literature at [Erzurum](/en/detay/erzurum-2/llms.txt) Atatürk University with his Imam-Hatip diploma, and Engineering in [Konya](/en/detay/konya-2/llms.txt) with his high school diploma. However, following his passion for literature, he pursued education in Erzurum for a while before transferring to Istanbul, a hub for writers and poets.
