Finneas and Fob (Cartoon)

Phineas and Ferb, created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, is a television animation production by Disney. The series first aired in 2007 and continued until 2015. The show centers on the various creative projects undertaken by Phineas Flynn and his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher during their summer vacation.

In each episode of the series, Phineas and Ferb undertake a new invention or adventure. During this process, their sister Candace Flynn attempts to prove their activities to their mother. Simultaneously, the family’s pet platypus Perry operates as a secret agent and battles the evil scientist Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. These two parallel storylines form the core humor and narrative structure of the series.

The series is structured around music, humor, rapid dialogue, and a multilayered narrative format. Each episode features original songs that are integral to its storytelling style.

Phineas and Ferb originally aired on Disney Channel and Disney XD channels. Today, the series is available for streaming on Disney+ and Prime Video. Creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh have also served as producers, writers, and directors on many episodes.

Following the series’ success, several feature-length films, short-form productions, and special episodes were produced. These works expanded the series’ universe and reinterpreted its themes in new ways.

• Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension (2011): The characters travel to an alternate dimension where the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz has taken over the world.
• Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel (2013): In this special episode featuring Marvel Comics characters, Phineas and Ferb assist Marvel superheroes who have lost their powers. This production marked the first time Disney incorporated Marvel-licensed characters into an animated television series universe.
• Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars (2014): This special episode reimagines the classic Star Wars narrative through the eyes of Phineas, Ferb, and their friends. The storyline parallels the original Star Wars saga while enhancing the series’ comedic tone.
• Phineas and Ferb: Candace Against the Universe (2020): Released on Disney+, this film follows an adventure that begins when Candace is abducted by aliens. It serves as a canonical return to the series’ universe following its 2015 finale.
• Short-form and Thematic Special Episodes: Various short productions, holiday-themed episodes, and special content that expand the world of the series are available on Disney+. These typically consist of musical numbers, parodies, or short segments focused on supporting characters.
