[Bağdatlı Ruhi](/en/detay/bagdatli-ruhi-2/llms.txt) was [an](/en/detay/an-2/llms.txt) Ottoman poet who lived a long time ago. His poems were both critical and full of lessons.

Bağdatlı Ruhi’s real name was [Osman](/en/detay/osman-2/llms.txt). He was born in [Baghdad](/en/detay/bagdat-2/llms.txt), but we don’t know exactly when he was born. His father was an Ottoman soldier, and Ruhi also worked as a soldier for a while, like his father. But his true passion was writing poetry, so he dedicated his life to it.
