The purpose of the line is to provide consultation for those seeking support or referral for tobacco, alcohol, substance, gambling, and internet addictions. Yeşilay aims to expand its addiction prevention efforts and reach a wider population through the 115 number. The General Director of Yeşilay, M. Nurullah Atalan, emphasized that the widespread provision of free psychological and social support services under YEDAM ensures easy access for those wishing to overcome addiction and for individuals seeking to assist addicted people in their environment.
